Woolmer Hill School in Aylesbury is seeking a hands-on HR professional to oversee all HR operations, working closely with the Senior Leadership team to drive policies and projects that deliver best HR practice within the school.

This role is 30 hours per week during 39 weeks of term time, with 2 additional weeks in holidays (one in the summer). Start date November 2026.

Job description

Working closely with the Senior Leadership team, this is a diverse and hands-on role overseeing all the HR operations within the School, driving HR policies and projects to continue to deliver and improve upon best HR practice.

START DATE: November 2026

PAY RANGE: AHS Pay Range 5

CONTRACT DETAILS: 30 hours per week, 39 weeks term time with an additional 2 weeks in the holidays - 1 week being the last week of the summer holidays.
