Flexzo Teach in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced HR professional for a permanent, full-time post. The role focuses on recruitment, pre-employment compliance, and maintaining confidential staff records within a supportive specialist setting for children with complex needs.

You will have access to funded CIPD Level 5 training and the chance to grow within a dedicated educational provision. The schedule is term-time plus 15 days, 37 hours per week, with enhanced discretion and collaboration

• Expertise in recruitment processes and pre-employment compliance checks.
• Excellent organizational, administrative and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong communication with staff, management and local authorities.
