Job summary

Comfort Care Services Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our HR & Training team in a Hillingdon-based, permanent, full-time role.

You will provide day-to-day HR advice, support managers, manage employee relations, and contribute to workforce planning and policy development, while upholding employment legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Officer, HR Advisor, or HR Assistant role.
• Experience handling employee relations matters.
• Experience drafting HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
• Supporting employee relations cases and helping resolve workplace issues effectively and professionally.
• Monitoring compliance, workforce data, and HR metrics to support operational performance.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Experience in a HR Officer, HR Advisor, or HR Assistant role
• Experience handling employee relations matters
• Experience drafting HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful insights

Desirable

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, or ability to travel to operational sites regularly CIPD qualification or HR degree
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
