HR Officer

Due to operational demand, we are recruiting a HR Officer for a permanent role with a highly respected Manufacturing organisation. The successful candidate will be going into a busy team to help undertake a range of tasks within the HR Team located in Dungannon.

The Role:

  • Providing HR support and advice to a team of around 400 employees across the company
  • Assist the HR Manager with the development and improvement of HR processes e.g. staff attendance, performance review, recruitment and L&D
  • Support recruitment processes, drafting job descriptions through to issuing contracts
  • Onboarding and inductions
  • Assist the HR Manager in developing training programmes
  • Monitor probationary reviews
  • Update HR and training records on the HR system

The Person:

  • 1-2 years’ minimum experience in a Human Resources role (essential)
  • Working towards or be CIPD qualified (essential)
  • Previous experience of assisting with employee relations, investigations, disciplinary meetings, etc.
  • Experience of recruitment and assisting with HR projects
