Job summary

Morson Edge is supporting a client in recruiting an HR Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis. The role delivers high-quality HR service across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland, working with managers and staff to provide practical HR advice and administer HR processes.

This entry-level position offers exposure to employee relations, recruitment, HR administration, and policy development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. On-site working in the UK is expected.

Qualifications

  • Entry-level HR experience or exposure preferred.
  • Experience in multi-site environments is beneficial.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional HR advice to managers and employees on a broad range of employee relations matters.
  • Support employee relations cases ensuring processes align with legislation and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from advert to onboarding and induction.
  • Handle employee offboarding including exit interviews and records updates.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and contract files.
  • Assist with HR reports, analytics, and MI.
  • Contribute to developing, reviewing and implementing HR policies and initiatives.

Morson Edge is delighted to be supporting our client in recruiting an HR Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis.

The Human Resources Officer will provide a professional, responsive and high-quality HR service across a multi-site organisation operating in the UK and Ireland.

The role will work closely with managers and employees, providing practical HR advice, supporting employee relations, recruitment, HR administration and the ongoing development of HR processes and initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for those with entry-level HR experience to gain more exposure and develop in their career.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
  • Provide timely and professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of employee relations matters.
  • Support the management of employee relations cases, ensuring appropriate processes are followed and advice is consistent with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertisement to onboarding and induction, Ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage employee offboarding processes, from updating records, providing final documents, and conducting exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date employee records and contract files, ensuring HR documentation is appropriately recorded, stored and maintained.
  • Support the preparation of HR reports, analytics and management information.
  • Assist with the development, review and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives ensuring HR practices remain aligned with current employment legislation and organisational requirements.
  • Experience working in an HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent HR qualification ideal but not absolutely necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
  • Experience using HR systems and databases.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
