Office & Facilities Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, facilities and infrastructure
  • Manage office contracts including security, utilities, air conditioning, lift, plants and other services
  • Coordinate office security, parking, access systems, fire alarm testing and CCTV
  • Liaise with the landlord on office requirements and improvements
  • Manage office supplies, food/drinks and general facilities
HR Support
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Organise inductions for new employees
  • Maintain holiday and sickness records
  • Support regular employee 1-to-1s and provide day-to-day HR support
  • Prepare salary review and pension-related correspondence
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
IT & Administration
  • Coordinate with IT support on equipment, issues and site visits
  • Maintain the IT asset register
  • Support IT set-up for new starters
  • Provide administrative and finance support to the Finance Director and Finance team
  • Assist with payroll updates, invoices, expenses and monthly statements
Fleet & Events
  • Manage a fleet of 7 company vans
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and company events
  • Arrange occasional travel for senior management and overseas visitors
  • Provide ad-hoc support across the wider management team
What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and highly dependable, with the confidence to work independently and take ownership.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an HR, office management, facilities or similar role
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels
  • A professional, approachable and confident manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • A genuine can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in

This would suit someone who enjoys being the person who makes things happen - someone who can spot what needs doing, take ownership and get it sorted without needing to be asked.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a growing and innovative business where you'll have genuine ownership and visibility across the UK operation.

If you're an experienced HR & Office professional looking for a broad role where you can make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.
