Job summary

Oldfield School is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for all human resources functions across the school, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements and school policies.

You will lead on recruitment, workforce planning, attendance, performance management and staff wellbeing initiatives to attract, retain and develop a high performing workforce.

All year round (but term-time only will be considered).

Oldfield School is seeking a dedicated, solution-focused HR Manager is required to provide strategic and operational leadership for all human resources functions across the school, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements and school policies, leading on recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, attendance management, performance management processes and staff well-being initiatives, enabling the school to attract, retain and develop a high-performing workforce.
