Base pay range

At MiCiM we deliver outstanding project management and construction services to the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors. It’s our mission to help clients create world-class facilities while fostering open, honest, and collaborative relationships.

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to step into this exciting generalist role and lead our HR function across the MiCiM Group during maternity cover.

You’ll oversee the full employee lifecycle and subcontractor engagement, acting as the go-to HR expert across MiCiM Ltd, MiCiM International and MiCiM Italia. From onboarding and policy management to employee relations and performance development, you’ll be a trusted partner to both staff and senior leadership. You'll also manage our brilliant Office & HR Coordinator and support a high-performing, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding/offboarding journey for employees and contractors.
  • Ensure legal compliance for international staff and right-to-work documentation.
  • Manage ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence/performance cases.
  • Be the first point of HR advice for employees and senior managers alike.
  • Review and maintain HR policies in line with employment law and best practices.
  • Drive learning, development, and performance reviews via our training matrix.
  • Oversee employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems (Employment Hero and Vision) with up-to-date, GDPR-compliant data.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare monthly reports for the MD.
  • Manage HR budgets and raise purchase orders where needed.

About You:

  • Experienced HR generalist, ideally with prior managerial or senior HR exposure.
  • A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder.
  • Highly organised, self-driven, and detail-focused.
