HR Manager - Maternity Cover (10 - 12 Months)

Salary: £65k++

Location: Croydon - Hybrid - 3 days office based

Exciting interim HR Manager opportunity in a growing data-led healthcare and pharma services solutions company, where the people agenda is pivotal to business success.

This generalist HR Manager role will cover the entire HR remit, including driving activities such as grading, harmonisation of terms and conditions (handbook and contracts), and implementing reward and recognition initiatives, alongside business-as-usual tasks.

Candidates with graduate or equivalent experience, particularly in HR, employee relations, resourcing, payroll, and benefits, preferably gained in the NHS or best practice environments, are suitable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good judgment, decision-making abilities, and the gravitas to start effectively.
