Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership is the largest HSCP in Scotland, delivering community health and social care services to the people of Glasgow and surrounding areas through a partnership between NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and Glasgow City Council. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our established and dynamic HR team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to influence both strategic and operational workforce agendas, supporting services that make a real difference to local communities. Working closely with management teams, you will provide expert HR advice, lead workforce initiatives and help shape a positive workplace culture. - Provide expert HR advice and support on strategic and complex operational workforce matters
- Partner with management teams to support workforce planning, modernisation, service redesign and organisational change
- Promote staff engagement, partnership working and the implementation of the Staff Governance Standard
- Support managers in managing employee relations matters including attendance, performance, capability and conduct issues
- Analyse workforce data and performance information to identify trends and drive service improvement
- Lead and contribute to HR projects, policy implementation and workforce initiatives across the HSCP and wider NHSGGC

Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge gained through significant HR experience
- Current membership of CIPD or an equivalent professional body
- Substantial experience as a generalist HR practitioner within a large, complex and unionised organisation
- Significant experience providing expert HR advice across a broad range of workforce and employee relations matters
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with experience using workforce data to support decision making
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities and contributing effectively as part of a wider HR team
