Job summary

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will own day-to-day operations, employee relations and key projects, partnering with managers to provide clear advice and maintain accurate records.

This generalist role covers the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll coordination, policy updates and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or progress towards it.
• Five years or more of relevant HR experience.
• Strong generalist HR background with ER experience.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience with payroll and HR reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
• Advise managers on employment matters and policy compliance.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and monthly payroll activity.
• Prepare workforce reports on headcount, turnover, and absence.
• Lead HR projects to improve processes and service quality.
• Support salary reviews and benefits administration.
• Coordinate HR for international employees with external providers.
• Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
