A leading university in the UK is seeking an HR Manager to oversee Employee Relations and Case Management. This role offers hybrid working options and a supportive culture focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion. HR Manager (Employee Relations, Case Management, and Policy)
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

With responsibility for implementing the Employee Relations (ER) strategy by fostering positive relations and partnership working with campus trade unions, this role is a critical enabler to support the successful delivery of the People and Culture vision. The role holder will also work across all three areas of the team, providing support and input to the Case Management and Policy teams in response to overall workload and team priorities.
The successful candidate will need to be energetic, resilient, and outcome-oriented; and work collaboratively across the People and Culture team and with key stakeholders across the University.
