Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a leading manufacturing business in Barnstaple. This strategic role partners with senior management to drive the people agenda, workforce planning, and engagement, across the site.

You'll lead the HR team, manage employee relations and performance, oversee recruitment, and ensure compliance with UK employment law while supporting organisational growth and culture change.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading manufacturing business in the Barnstaple area.

This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving the people agenda across the site, partnering with senior management to support organisational growth, employee engagement, workforce planning, and operational performance.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the site HR team and HR strategy
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational development
• Manage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters
