NRL Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function from our Teesside office. You will manage employee relations, drive engagement and deliver robust policies to support growth in an engineering environment.

Based office-based in Teesside, you will partner with site leaders on workforce planning, oversee recruitment and pay, and ensure legal compliance while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

You'll play a key role in managing employee relations, driving engagement, and delivering robust HR policies to support future growth.**Location and Working Pattern** Office-based in **Teesside** with site engagement as needed.**Client Overview** Our client delivers engineering and construction services for major infrastructure projects across multiple sectors, including Offshore Wind, Power & Renewables, Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Defence, and Data Centres.
