This role involves leading a dedicated HR team to attract and develop talent while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Are you a strategic HR leader ready to shape the future of a high-performing organization? At JBT Marel, we’re looking for an HR Manager to lead our HR function at the Adlington site and act as a key partner to the leadership team within the Packaging business area (Prepared Foods division).
In this role, you’ll drive both strategic and operational HR initiatives—ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the talent needed to achieve our business goals. You'll lead a dedicated HR team and oversee the full employee lifecycle, HR compliance, and cultural transformation in a fast-paced, international environment.
As a trusted advisor to the site’s leadership team, you’ll:
You’ll play a hands-on role in HR operations while maintaining a strategic perspective—helping shape a positive work culture and enabling business success.
Who You Are
You bring at least 5 years of HR experience in an international setting, including leadership of HR teams. You’re confident, approachable, and results-driven—with strong communication skills, sound labor law knowledge, and a passion for driving positive change. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
