Everyman Driving Experiences is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for a permanent role. This pivotal position requires expertise in organizational restructuring, change management, and ensuring compliant people processes during a period of transformation.

You will lead consultations, redundancies, redeployments, advise senior leaders on complex employee relations, and help design workforce plans while aligning with UK employment law.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification at Level 5 or above (Level 7 preferred).
• Proven experience leading company restructuring or transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and compliant HR practice.
• Able to handle complex employee relations cases with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support organisational restructuring initiatives, including consultations, redundancies, and redeployment processes.
• Provide expert HR advice to senior leadership on complex employee relations matters.
• Manage end-to-end change management processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement new organisational designs and workforce plans.
• Coach and support managers through change, building capability and confidence.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practice.
• Ensure clear communication and engagement throughout periods of change.

Salary: From £35,000 pro-rata
Hours: 8:30am-5.30pm | 2-3 days per week

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable HR Manager to join our organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for a Full Time position. This is a critical role requiring a confident HR professional with proven expertise in organisational restructuring and change management.

You will play a key role in supporting a period of transformation, ensuring that business objectives are delivered alongside a fair, compliant, and people-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support organisational restructuring initiatives, including consultations, redundancies, and redeployment processes
• Provide expert HR advice to senior leadership on complex employee relations matters

What We’re Looking For
