Your new role

As HR Manager, you will lead and inspire the People Services and Business Partnering teams. This is a pivotal role that blends operational excellence with strategic influence, ensuring the organisation's people, processes, and culture are best-in-class, compliant, and aligned with business goals. Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading People Services & Business Partnering teams.
2. Driving partnerships with senior leadership teams.
3. Overseeing employee-related legal compliance.
4. Managing pay, benefits, and reward strategies.
5. Advising on employee relations and coaching leaders.
6. Enhancing HR systems and delivering data insights.
7. Ensuring GDPR compliance and data protection.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.

• A passion for people, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Experience implementing an HRIS.
