As HR Manager, you will lead and inspire the People Services and Business Partnering teams. This is a pivotal role that blends operational excellence with strategic influence, ensuring the organisation's people, processes and culture are best-in-class, compliant, and aligned with business goals. This will include the following areas:
*Lead - People Services & Business Partnering teams.
*Drive - partnerships with our senior leadership teams.
*Oversee - all employee-related legal compliance.
*Manage - pay, benefits, and reward strategy.
*Advise - employee relations and coach leaders.
*Enhance - HR systems and deliver data insights.
*Ensure - GDPR compliance and data protection.

What you'll need to succeed
*Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within a complex, multi-site organisation.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
*Demonstrated success in leading HR teams and driving strategic people initiatives.
*Effective communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
*A passion for people, process excellence, and continuous improvement.
*Experience implementing an HRIS
