We are currently looking for an HR Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Global Head of People Operations & Talent Management, your focus will be on overseeing our HR function at the local level while supporting and contributing to our global People strategy. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for impactful HR leadership with your capacity for creative problem-solving. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage the local HR team, providing clear direction and daily support.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR issues.
  • Oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle including operational HR, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, policies, and systems to support business growth.
  • Support the execution of the global People strategy through local implementation and participation in global projects.


What You Should Bring

  • Proven experience in HR management with a strong foundation in employee relations and employment law.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • A strategic mindset, with experience aligning HR initiatives to broader business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage HR data to inform decisions.
