The charity near Woking is seeking an experienced Head of HR to join on an initial 1-year fixed-term contract. The role is onsite five days per week and will lead a team of six HR professionals to deliver a high-quality service across the organisation.

You will develop and implement the people strategy, drive performance initiatives, provide expert advice on employee relations, and modernise HR policies to strengthen engagement across the organisation.

Formación

• Extensive experience as Head of HR with strategic and hands‑on capability.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Proven track record in organisational change and policy development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 6 HR professionals and deliver people strategy.
• Improve recruitment processes and employee engagement across the organisation.
• Develop and modernise HR services and policies across the organisation.
