Job summary

Priory Healthcare is seeking an onsite HR and Resourcing Lead to guide recruitment, onboarding and HR processes across our Tees Valley site. You will partner with managers and central teams to attract quality candidates and ensure timely recruitment.

You will monitor DBS checks and mandatory training, support staff engagement and absence management, and manage the onsite HR team to maintain accurate employee records.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite HR and resourcing activities, supporting managers with recruitment, onboarding and HR processes.
• Work with the Central Talent Acquisition and Onboarding teams to attract quality candidates and ensure timely recruitment and onboarding.
• Monitor DBS checks, professional accreditations and mandatory training compliance, arranging training where required.
• Support colleague engagement and retention initiatives, including engagement surveys, exit interviews and absence management.
• Manage the onsite HR team, maintain accurate employee records and support employee relations processes, including investigations and grievances.
