Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in York seeks a Head of HR (HR Lead) to shape and deliver the people agenda for NPTC Confectionery & Snacking across a global remit, partnering with the leadership team to drive talent, culture and performance.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week, with a salary circa £75,000 depending on experience, a discretionary annual bonus, a generous pension, 12 flexible days on top of 25 days holiday, and a strong focus on personal development.

Qualifications

  • Strategic HR leadership experience delivering a broad people agenda.

Job description

Location: York Office (hybrid), minimum of 3 days a week in the office
Salary: Circa £75,000 depending on experience

Your Ingredients for Success

You will bring strategic HR leadership experience, strong business acumen and the ability to influence at senior levels. You will be comfortable leading change, navigating complexity and delivering results through collaboration and strong stakeholder relationships.
