Position: HR Interim

Location: Hybrid working - 3 days in the field (on-site in Midlands area), 2 days remote.

Contract: Fixed-term, full-time, 2 months (until the end of July).

Role Overview

We are urgently seeking an HR interim with strong expertise in managing Employee Relations (ER) casework for a 2-month assignment. The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive ER case management experience, particularly in resolving complex employee relations cases within a unionised environment.

The role involves providing generalist HR support, which requires regular travel to operational sites in the Lincolnshire area, approximately 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and resolve complex ER cases with sensitivity and professionalism.
  2. Support and coach managers through HR processes.
  3. Contribute to change and transformation initiatives.
  4. Work independently while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong technical HR expertise and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working within the public service or non-profit sectors is advantageous.
  • Significant unionised background from the commercial sector is also considered.
