Job summary

Vwa Ltd, London, is seeking an interim HR Integration Lead to set up the HR function from scratch within a startup-style environment. You will lead HRIS setup, TUPE consultations, and onboarding for employees from an acquired company, while supporting broader integration efforts.

Reporting into the CFO and Group Director, the role is a hands-on interim assignment for ~3 months, with a hybrid schedule (Mon-Wed on site) and a £300/day rate plus holiday.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR background at HRBP or HR Manager level.
• Proven TUPE experience, including consultations.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience implementing or setting up an HRIS (Rippling desirable).
• Experience of M&A, integration or setting up an HR function from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Setting up processes on a newly introduced HRIS.
• Leading the TUPE transfer of employees from a newly acquired company onto the new business, including consultations
• Managing contracts and onboarding for employees joining following the acquisition
• Supporting the wider integration following the acquisition
• Handling general HR functions while the in-house team is established
• Working closely with an ambitious leadership team, helping shape their ideas into workable HR processes

A growing business within the logistics sector, are looking to hire an interim HR Manager/Lead. They're looking for a hands‑on interim HR professional to set up the function from the ground up and lead the people side of the integration. This is a startup‑style environment within a larger group, so it suits someone who enjoys building from scratch!

The HR Integration Lead Role:
