Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute small research projects to support strategic decision making and prepare presentations, reports communicating findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Identify opportunities, develop business cases and deploy new HR products and services for human resources.
• Manage client relationships and provide customer service support to clients and customers regarding products and services, processing of transactions, and resolution of complaints.
• Develop and implement financial models and strategies that support decision making for human resources.
• Develop HR insights, colleague journeys, and HR services measures while understanding Barclays and its businesses.
