Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations with insights to help senior colleagues make decisions.
• Assist in development of new HR products and services and identify market opportunities.
• Conduct small research projects and prepare presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives.
• Contribute to HR data insights and employee lifecycle activities.
