Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the HR division with insights and expertise.
• Execute small research projects and prepare presentations for decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support launches of HR products/services.
• Manage client relationships and provide customer service regarding HR products and services.
• Develop HR insights, colleague journeys, and HR service measures.
