Overview

HR Improvement Assistant Adviser | 8965 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £31,537 - £33,699 per annum | Scale G | Norwich

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive excellence? We are seeking a dynamic Improvement Assistant Adviser to join our Governance and Improvement team. In this pivotal role, you will support the HR service by improving existing processes using Power Automate and by delivering insightful reports through Power BI. Your innovative approach will streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks and the opportunity for errors and will improve overall productivity. Your expertise will help managers and employees make data-driven decisions, ensuring our processes are efficient and effective.

By collaborating with IT and other departments, you will implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance our HR systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on systems, including SharePoint, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support complex projects, conduct research, and establish positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactively challenge existing processes and drive improvements.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in systems management, a passion for process improvement and excellent ICT skills, including Power Automate, Power BI and advanced Excel.
