Job summary

Huntress - Bracknell is looking for an HR Generalist who enjoys being close to the business, supporting managers and employees across the UK. The role covers employee relations, performance management, onboarding and HR projects, process improvement and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters.
• Comfort dealing with sensitive and sometimes complex employee matters.
• Interest in employment trends, HR best practice and continuous improvement.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Advising managers and employees on day-to-day HR queries
• Supporting ER activity, escalating more complex matters when appropriate
• Coordinating key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes and leavers
• Supporting benefits administration and responding to employee's queries
• Assisting with immigration, visa, and relocation queries
• Providing recruitment coordination support alongside the Talent Acquisition team
• Supporting contracts and employee onboarding processes
• Helping coordinate manager training and HR-led learning initiatives
• Contributing to HR projects across the UK and wider European team
• Researching employment trends, market practice and policy developments to inform HR recommendations
• Supporting employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience
• Providing general support across the HR team in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly
