Job summary

L’Oréal in London is seeking an HR Intern to support employee experience across our diverse brands. You will assist with recruitment, learning programs, onboarding and HR projects, gaining exposure to real business challenges.

You’ll analyse people metrics, help organise DEI initiatives, and maintain accurate records, all while developing a foundation in human resources within a global, inclusive culture.

The Role

As an HR Intern, you’ll join our dynamic teams to help shape the employee experience, foster an inclusive culture, and develop the talent that drives our business forward.

Day-to-day, you may be:

• Supporting the recruitment lifecycle: coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and driving employer branding initiatives
• Designing and delivering learning programs: coordinating training sessions, managing digital learning platforms, and upskilling employees
• Assisting HR Business Partners: supporting day-to-day employee relations, onboarding new starters, and managing key HR projects
• Analysing HR data: extracting and interpreting people metrics to support talent planning and diversity initiatives
• Coordinating employee engagement events: organizing internal initiatives, wellness programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) campaigns
• Managing HR administration: ensuring accurate employee records, updating internal systems, and supporting policy compliance
