Job summary

Bentley Motors is seeking an HR Generalist to manage HR functions, support the employee lifecycle, and ensure compliance with UK labor laws. You will help develop and implement HR policies and act as a key contact for employees and management.

The role focuses on fostering a positive work environment, driving continuous improvement and engagement, and supporting organizational goals across the administration department in Crewe.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of UK labour laws and compliance.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Effective guidance to employees and management on HR issues.
