We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time finance administrator with experience of working in a similar finance administration role. Working within the People and Development team providing financial and HR administration support.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time finance administrator with experience of working in a similar finance administration role. Working within the People and Development team providing financial and HR administration support.

Annual Salary: circa £18,000 (based on 3 days per week) dependent on experience.
Closing date: 11th July 2024


Main Responsibilities:

This an office-based role - working 2 to 3 days per week

  • Working closely with the HR and Finance team to manage invoice processing and general HR and Finance Administration

  • Processing invoices along with generating and allocating Purchase Order numbers to invoices and specific suppliers.

  • A good volume of client liaison

  • Dealing with invoicing and Purchase Order queries, both internal and external Participate in the administration and maintenance of the invoicing system

  • General HR Administration and ad hoc tasks

  • What We Require of You:

  • Strong billing/invoicing experience

  • Strong MS Excel and CRM skills

  • Yardi would be preferred but not essential

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Flexible, positive and can do attitude

  • Proven time management and ability to prioritise and multi-task

  • Possesses enthusiasm, self-motivation and drive for results

  • Great IT and admin skills The ability to quickly learn systems and procedures
