Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic part-time finance administrator with experience of working in a similar finance administration role. Working within the People and Development team providing financial and HR administration support.
Main Responsibilities:
This an office-based role - working 2 to 3 days per week
Working closely with the HR and Finance team to manage invoice processing and general HR and Finance Administration
Processing invoices along with generating and allocating Purchase Order numbers to invoices and specific suppliers.
A good volume of client liaison
Dealing with invoicing and Purchase Order queries, both internal and external Participate in the administration and maintenance of the invoicing system
General HR Administration and ad hoc tasks
What We Require of You:
Strong billing/invoicing experience
Strong MS Excel and CRM skills
Yardi would be preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Flexible, positive and can do attitude
Proven time management and ability to prioritise and multi-task
Possesses enthusiasm, self-motivation and drive for results
Great IT and admin skills The ability to quickly learn systems and procedures
