Type of Position: Financial Administrator - Burgess Hill

Financial Administrator - Burgess Hill

Our client is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to assist in their busy practice in Burgess Hill. This will be a part-time position, 3 days a week. You will be responsible for ensuring that tasks are carried out as instructed, while maintaining contact with relevant people.

You will be:

  1. Keeping close contact between clients and colleagues
  2. Retrieving new and historic information about individual clients
  3. Maintaining records of all verbal, written, or electronic communication with colleagues, clients, and third parties
  4. Working alongside financial advisers to obtain information for creating financial reports
  5. Assessing objectives for individual clients to target appropriate solutions
  6. Creating and presenting suitability letters to financial advisers, adhering to company policy and current regulations
  7. Supporting additional needs of financial advisers, such as acquiring information on processes in business, tax, and other relevant fields
  8. Carrying out duties in accordance with the rules and regulations set out by the Financial Conduct Authority
  9. Staying up-to-date with developments in the finance industry to better serve clients
