Job summary

iFAST Global Bank Limited is seeking a HR Executive for a fixed-term maternity cover (12-14 months). The role supports recruitment, onboarding, and all elements of the employee lifecycle while ensuring accurate HR administration and records.

The position offers hybrid working after probation and a broad scope across HR functions. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HR administration experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent demonstrable relevant experience.
  • Experience with high-volume HR administration and coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and handle HR correspondence.
  • Organise HR meetings and manage HR-related documentation.
  • Draft employment documents such as offer letters and employment agreements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems in line with guidelines and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate onboarding, leavers, and IT account provisioning.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and activity.

Job description

Contract: Fixed-term maternity cover (12-14 month)

Start Date: ASAP

This role will support and coordinate the effective delivery of the Bank's HR function across the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, absence management, Learning & Development, performance management and employee relations. The role will be responsible for ensuring HR administration, processes and records are managed accurately, efficiently and consistently, while providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers

MAIN DUTIES
Administration
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Handling HR correspondence, organising HR meetings, and managing HR-related documentation
  • Drafting employment and employee documents e.g. offer letters, employment agreements, amendments to terms and conditions of employment, and end of employment confirmation letters
  • Managing and maintaining HR systems e.g. employee records, holiday and sickness absence management systems are maintained and up to date
  • Coordinating new joiners and leaver processes, creating and maintaining employee files, requesting new joiner email and IT accounts and ensuring the leavers process is completed in a timely manner
  • Managing all employee files and ensuring they are maintained and updated in accordance with the Bank guidelines and meet the requirements for internal audit requirements
  • Preparing reports on HR metrics
Recruitment
  • Maintaining the recruitment database and coordinating recruitment administration, including recording all incoming CVs received, updating/keeping tracking of candidate progress
  • Assisting with all aspects of the recruitment process and documentation
Health and Safety
  • Championing health and safety programmes, including training employees on safety procedures and maintaining related documentation
Other
  • Assisting with the administration, documentation and coordination of Training, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and other areas of the Employee Lifecycle
  • Supporting and contributing to ad-hoc HR tasks/projects and new HR initiatives
  • Performing any other task as directed by the HR Manager and the UK CEO
Requirements
EDUCATION & TRAINING
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent demonstrable relevant experience
Experience & Skills
  • A minimum of 1-2 year HR administration experience.
  • Experience of managing a high volume of HR administration and coordination activities
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel skill will be considered an advantage.

The HR Executive is expected to:

  • Take ownership of assigned work with an end-to-end understanding of the process, considering the overall outcome rather than individual tasks in isolation
  • Take responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of their work, carrying out appropriate checks and correcting errors promptly
