Buxton Coates Solicitors is seeking an HR and Employment Law Adviser to join our Employment team. You will provide HR support and Employment Law guidance through our Oracle service, delivering practical advice by phone, email and other channels.

The role requires strong Employment Law knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of client care and confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Experience advising on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential matters.

Responsabilidades

• Providing practical, legally compliant HR and Employment Law advice to clients.
• Advising and guiding clients on a range of HR matters.
• Delivering commercially focused solutions tailored to client needs.
• Explaining potential legal and commercial risks where appropriate.
• Supporting clients with HR processes including policies, absences, and performance matters.
