Your new role
This role involves working in partnership with stakeholders to ensure the organisation is well-led and high-performing, achieving its strategic and operational objectives. You will support the Chief People Officer in building people practices, lead the People/HR function, and provide a robust framework supported by reliable, client-focused, efficient systems and processes. You will also lead the EDI & Staff Engagement functions and embed good people management practices that reflect the organisation's values of being innovative, inclusive, and influential. Your responsibilities include supporting and coaching managers to be confident, enabled, and empowered leaders who engage and inspire their teams. You will focus on ensuring employees have access to regular and relevant development opportunities to perform their roles safely, effectively, and compassionately, helping them reach their full potential. Additionally, you will promote regular, constructive two-way communication throughout the organisation to ensure employees feel informed, valued, and engaged with organisational objectives.
