Qualifications

  • Excellent working knowledge of Workday HCM, including HRM, Benefits Administration, Compensation and Absence Management modules.
  • Proven HR background in administration, digital HR or HR operations.
  • Full UKI driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

What you’ll do
  • Deliver efficient, accurate, and compliant HR operations across the full colleague lifecycle.
  • Be the bridge between HR, line managers and colleagues, combining operational HR expertise with strong technical capability.
  • Act as the Workday Subject Matter Expert in the HR Operations team, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and the wider HR Operations team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance HR systems, troubleshoot issues and support new functionality.
  • Produce HR dashboards and reports to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Manage end‑to‑end colleague lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Support annual pay and bonus cycles, organisational design and HR communications.

What we’re looking for
  • Excellent working knowledge of Workday HCM, including HRM, Benefits Administration, Compensation and Absence Management modules.
  • Proven HR background in administration, digital HR or HR operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
  • Great communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Full UKI driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
Desirable
  • Experience with additional Workday modules (Recruiting, LMS, Payroll).
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
