Job summary

Slough Borough Council is seeking an HR Delivery Partner to support the Children’s Services directorate, with a focus on the SEND team. You’ll work with senior leaders to translate priorities into practical HR actions that improve outcomes for children, young people and families.

You’ll lead workforce planning and employee relations, coach leaders, and help develop new ways of working that respond to evolving service needs within SEND and the broader directorate.
