About The Role

We are currently seeking a HR Data Specialist to join our European HR Department. This role is pivotal in providing Tier 2 support for our newly implemented HRIS system, Workday. As we aim to improve our Workday user experience, we are looking for a candidate who enjoys making a difference and driving progress in a dynamic environment. The position reports to the Director of HR Strategy & Transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as a Tier 2 resource for Workday support, handling escalated issues, troubleshooting, and providing regional transactional support via a ticketing system.
• Support regional processes and manage acquisitions by acting as the key liaison between the technical Workday team and HR Managers.
• Generate and deliver reports for HR processes.
• Ensure the smooth operation of Workday within the region through consistent support.
• Perform data cleansing, system stabilization, and process optimization to maintain high efficiency and quality outputs.
• Provide specialist HR data reporting/analysis and project support, ensuring effective data collection, analysis, and reporting on confidential HR data within deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance HR process efficiency and user experience.
• Contribute to projects related to new systems and developments as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Experience with HRIS systems, ideally Workday or similar.
• Experience in a corporate HR role is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience working in an international setting is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Independent, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Motivation to work in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
