Job summary

Groupe BPCE is seeking an HR Analyst to own HR data systems, analytics and process improvements in London. You will be the go-to contact for HRIS issues, payroll data and reporting, partnering with HR and business leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

The role focuses on maintaining HRIS, building dashboards, and ensuring data privacy and compliance while supporting staff across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Job description

The role: We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our HR team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR data systems and operational processes and the first point of contact for all employees in matters relating to your area of responsibility. You will be responsible for maintaining Group BPCE Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), analysing HR metrics to provide actionable insights for the team and line managers, streamlining HR workflows, supporting and assisting staff across all employee life-cycle processes. The ideal candidate will have experience providing support to the business and the wider HR team(s). They will be proficient using HR and payroll platforms, have a passion for data, a strong understanding of HR processes and how this impacts the employee, and a continuous-improvement mindset to help us scale our HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
HR Systems & Database Management
  • -Responsible for updating and maintaining our HRIS (ADP, GroupeBPCE systems: THRM, RPG, HROne) to ensure accurate employee records and data.
  • -Serve as the main point of contact for system troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, and implementation of new HR tech tools. This includes familiarising the broader HR team and business users where applicable
  • -Manage user permissions, system access, and workflow automations within HR platforms. – liasing and troubleshooting with Group where applicable.
Payroll + Benefits
  • -Ensuring upload, changes and checks are diarised monthly to meet payroll commit deadlines.
  • -Responsible for gathering and validating quarterly bonus information from Heads of Sales.
  • -Schedule a regular meeting with the HRBP in advance of payroll preparation to review control sheet and capture any monthly movements that need to be considered.
  • -Coordinate and communicate your process effectively with Head of HR and Operations Manager to ensure HMRC deadlines are met with adequate time for documentation checking.
  • -Responsible for producing reports for Finance in relation to payroll and pension.
  • -Ownership for the maintainence and creation of all policies relating to employee benefits, updating where necessary in line with HR legislation factoring in employee priorities.
HR Reporting & Analytics
  • -Design, build, and maintain regular and ad-hoc HR dashboards and reports (headcount, overtime, absence, mandatory leave, reporting linked to policy and procedure compliance, recruiting).
  • -Utilise the information to support the ongoing priorities of the HR team. Strengthen data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and business partners.
  • -Manage the Insurance + Supplier renewal timeline for the team – liaising with external and internal parties when necessary.
  • -Ensure data privacy and security compliance when sharing sensitive employee information.
Compliance & Audits
  • -Conduct regular audits of HR data and personnel files to ensure compliance with UK and global legislation (where applicable).
  • -Assist in the preparation of mandatory regulatory reporting HMRC/PS Controls/Audit.
Day to day Operations and Employee Support
  • -Accurately manage employee files, documentation including but not exclusive to new joiner onboarding, offboarding, promotions, employee benefits, probation end within the business in line with compliance, legal and country specific legislation.
  • -Provide administative and coordination support to HR projects as necessary.
  • -Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure seamless cross-functional workflows.
  • -Create, adapt and deliver regular communication to the business regarding HR/Operations updates.
  • -Continually assess the suitability and functionality of ADP to suit our business reporting requirements and submit business cases to Head of HR/Operations Manager if costs are involved to change.
  • -First point of employee contact for all HRIS systems (ADP/Payroll/Benefits/HR Onboarding/Absence).
  • -Support requests from allstaff and team related to the HR department.
  • -Continuously remain up to date on global HR practices.
  • -Responsible for updating the Hub pages that you are accountable for, maximising the user experience and ensuring information is visible and easy to locate.
  • -Continuous review of BPCE ES offering, putting forward ideas and well thought out business cases to management to support the employee experience.
  • Proven experience at an administrative level in an HR team – Finance Services desirable
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SharePoint)
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to exercise practical judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Ability to work independantly, seeking advice and solutions when appropriate
