I am currently assisting a well known Financial Services brand to recruit an experienced HR Data Analyst for their HR team. Reporting to a Lead HR Data Analyst, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in Data Analytics within a people-centric business. Must Come from an HR Background

Experience working with Workday would be highly beneficial. Due to managing change, you must be very confident working with large data sets in Excel; therefore, strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential for this role.

The company has a policy of four days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

As the HR Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR function through accurate management and analysis of employee data. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data interrogation and reporting
• Enhancing data efficiency
• Supporting projects such as HRIS Transformation
• Process improvement
• Ad-hoc reporting
• Administrative support

You will be part of a dynamic HR team, working on exciting change projects within the business and collaborating closely with stakeholders such as Finance and Legal.
