Job summary

JOBWISE in the United Kingdom is seeking a Data Administrator on a 4-week temporary assignment to support an HR systems migration project. You will transfer sensitive HR and payroll data into Workday, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy throughout the process.

This role is ideal for a university student studying HR, Business Management or a related degree, or an administrator with excellent attention to detail who wants hands-on experience in HR systems, employee records and payroll

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Administrator or related admin role.
• Currently studying HR, Business Management or a related degree.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately transferring HR and payroll data from an existing system into Workday.
• Handling confidential employee information with the highest level of discretion.
• Checking and validating employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identifying and resolving any data discrepancies during the migration process.
• Maintaining accurate records throughout the project.
• Following established processes to ensure data integrity.
• Supporting the HR and Payroll team with the successful completion of a key systems project.
• Working independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
