The role reports to the Regional HR Business Partner and offers exposure to onboarding, contracts, HR systems, reporting and improvement projects within a high-volume environment. Office-based with some flexibility for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will join a growing HR team based out of Hemel Hempstead, working closely with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations specialists who support multiple sites across the region. Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator will be based in Hemel Hempstead and provide comprehensive administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies.
Key responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have previous HR administration experience and be comfortable working within a busy, high-volume environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
You may have experience in:
Experience gained within operational environments such as logistics, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, retail, transport, or other blue-collar workforces would be highly advantageous.
