About Our Client
Our client is a substantial organisation in the retail industry, known for its significant presence across the UK. They are currently looking for a HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis based in Hemel Hempstead.
Job Description
- Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in creating an inclusive and positive company culture.
- Support the HR Manager with Employee Relations cases and provide support and guidance to managers on best practice and process
- Support the Human Resources department in administrative tasks.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
- Manage internal communications and updates.
- Handle employee relations and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in a Human Resources role with exposure to Employee Relations case load
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in employee engagement and culture initiatives.
- A strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
