Position Details:

  • Full-time, permanent, hybrid working with some regional travel
  • Locations: Lancashire Offices in Blackburn, Preston, and Lytham; Merseyside offices in Liverpool and Southport

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys tackling complex employee relations matters head-on? We’re looking for someone who brings confidence, sound judgment, and a calm, practical approach to challenging situations.

In this role, you’ll provide independent, impartial HR support to a range of clients—often onsite—guiding them through sensitive and complex ER issues.

You’ll be expected to act as a trusted advisor, sometimes supporting and other times making key decisions. Your ability to assess situations objectively and apply policy with clarity and consistency will be essential.

You’ll also deliver training to management teams, helping build their confidence and capability in handling people matters effectively. While the core focus is ER, there will be opportunities to contribute to wider HR projects supporting the employee lifecycle.
