Job summary

Kingfisher plc, based in London, is seeking a Change Delivery Partner to translate people priorities into practical delivery plans. You will coordinate people processes and change initiatives across Group Functions, helping to create positive colleague experiences aligned with our purpose.

Working with the People Change Lead, HRBP and wider People teams, you will ensure initiatives are well planned, effectively delivered and embedded within the business.

Role purpose

As Change Delivery Partner, you will help turn our people priorities into clear, practical delivery plans. You will coordinate people processes and change initiatives across Group Functions, helping to create positive and consistent colleague experiences that support our purpose: Better Homes, Better Lives, For Everyone.

Working with the People Change Lead, Employee Relations, HR Business Partners and wider People teams, you will help ensure initiatives are well planned, effectively delivered and successfully embedded.

What's the job?

• Coordinate cyclical people processes, including performance reviews, salary reviews and bonus processes, ensuring key activities and timelines are managed effectively.
• Lead agreed Group Functions People Plan projects from initial planning through to implementation.
• Create and maintain clear project plans, actions, milestones and deliverables, identifying and escalating risks, issues and dependencies where appropriate.
• Work with HR Business Partners, People Leads and Centres of Expertise to coordinate requirements and align delivery with business needs.
• Support the delivery of people and colleague experience initiatives, including onboarding, induction and financial recognition projects.
• Develop practical implementation plans, stakeholder engagement approaches and communications that help leaders, managers and colleagues understand and adopt new initiatives.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve governance and strengthen the quality of future delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in HR project delivery, people change, HR operations, HR business partnering support or a similar People function role.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage different priorities, deadlines and delivery milestones.
• Experience supporting cyclical people processes, such as performance, salary, bonus or talent reviews.
• A practical understanding of change management and how to support the adoption of new people initiatives.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, supported by good attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft 365 tools.

This role is based in London Paddington, although other office locations may be considered.
