Job summary

Maldon District Council is seeking an HR Business Advisor on a temporary, full-time basis to provide professional HR case management support to managers and employees. The role will initially be on site full-time, with training and a view to streamlined remote work later.

You will apply HR policies and employment legislation, maintain confidentiality, and ensure data accuracy while guiding managers through employee relations cases and improving self-service processes for a better customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR case management within a public sector context.
• Good knowledge of current employment legislation and data protection requirements.
• Ability to apply policies consistently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely HR casework support for managers and staff.
• Progress cases in line with policies, escalating complex matters as needed.
