Job Description:

The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with District Managers for TK Maxx & Homesense, aligning regional strategies with business goals. You’ll focus on developing leadership, driving talent initiatives, and achieving KPIs.

This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel across the South of England, excluding London, enabling a broad regional impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive business performance and ROI, ensuring profitability.
  • Keep abreast of HR legislation and trends.
  • Work with leaders to meet critical business metrics.
  • Implement HR strategies with Centres of Expertise and HR Service Centres.
  • Develop leadership through mentoring and training.
  • Lead talent reviews and cultural initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment, induction, and employee relations.
  • Support leaders through resolving complex issues and mentorship.

Who You Are

Extensive multi-site HR experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments; strong knowledge of HR and employment law in Scotland and Ireland; proven leadership skills; strategic and operational problem-solving abilities; resilient, emotionally resourceful, and mentoring skills; CIPD Level 5 qualification or pursuing it; passionate about talent development and team building; adaptable to changing priorities.
