Minimum Requirements

• At least 5 years of HR Business Partner/Manager experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a software company.
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws in the UK and Ireland.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR disciplines including leadership development, compensation practices, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong analytical skills, goal-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
• Proven problem-solving skills to support business initiatives.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with BambooHR is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week in-office.
