You'll be joining a large HR team in the UK, and part of a wider global HR unit.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategically partner with the business to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved performance.
• Act as a change agent through process design and approach.
• Work with the wider HR team and Centres of Excellence to support employees comprehensively.
• Provide counsel on HR policies and practices.
• Collaborate with management and employees to improve relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Support managers in performance management procedures.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered, the HR Business Partner must have:

• Knowledge of employment law.
• Proven experience as a Senior Advisor/Business Partner or higher within a global/heavily matrixed organisation.
• Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships at various levels.

This is a hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. The remaining 3 days will be split between sites in central Oxford (with free parking), West Oxfordshire, and Newcastle (overnight stays approximately every 6 weeks). This position may suit someone based in North Oxfordshire or South Midlands.
